Design Goals

Bold, Comfort, and Unity. An odd combination for a logo design; however, when I was creating this design for Dorian’s Pizza, that was the goal. This restaurant wish to bring people together with their food. The logo was meant to be simple, and still tell the customer what Dorian’s Pizza is. A restaurant that specializes in pizza as its craft.

The idea for the pig came after looking for different pizza company logos. Some were very traditional with the signed logo. Or they had an animals but were cartoons. I went around creating different style for this logo, from a cartoon pig, anime pig, and to real pig. But, I decided on a simple yet modern look that captures the three elements above.
